In this article you will learn as a superior which insights a substitute gets of your team/menu.
Table of content
1. Absentee substitute
Substitutions that are deposited in an absence have certain approval functions for the period of the absence. For this purpose, you will receive a corresponding warning when submitting the absence.
Once the absence occurs, the substitute will be given a restricted "My Team" menu with visibility to team members as the alternate approver.
The insights provided are related to the approval functions of HRworks. Therefore the deputy can view all information related to the assessment of an approval.
Note: Substitutes do not receive any applicant accesses or roles and authorizations from the supervisor. This means that salaries, personnel files, etc. cannot be viewed.
An exception is the substitution of a job administrator. Here, the deputy receives a reduced view of the job administration. This means, he can view applications and manage applicants during his absence.
2. Entry deputy
Entry deputies can use the system in your place to enter travel expenses or absences for you. They log in regularly to their own access and receive the additional menu "My substitutions" here.
The entry deputy opens the persons menu with click on the name for administration. In a new tab, absences, home office and travel expenses can now be recorded and submitted for you.
Note: Entry deputies do not receive any applicant accesses as well as roles and authorizations of the superior/the person to be substituted. Insights into the team as well as the own personal data are not possible.
