In the following article you will learn how to update your personal master data and keep the overview of all changes made.

You need an appropriate approval to edit master data. If an editing is not possible, contact your (master-)administrator. (You can find him using the “Company overview/Company Information/Contact persons” - on the upper side of your view).
If you would like to entry new master data or edit them subsequently, open the menu “My Profile/Master data” by clicking on your profile picture (upper right hand side). Edit all personal information in the menu "Master data", e.g. your contact data, or your "Bank account" details in the same named menu.

Enter the necessary data clicking on the appropriate fields and save the process clicking on “Save”.
If your address has changed or you would like to feed a new one, choose the button "New" or “New address”. To edit or update recorded data, select the relevant menu, e.g. "Adresses" on the left hand side. In case your address or your bank account have changed, click on the button "New". Enter all needed data and save the process.
Usually (If set), your relevant administrator will be informed about all amendments you placed.
In case you discovered a typo in your current bank account, choose the menu "Bank account" and a create a new entry by using the button "New" or "New bank account". Enter all needed data and save the process.

4. Add children
You can also add children to the master data of an employee.
The affected child can be selected for the ‘Sickness of a child’ sick note. The superior therefore also has the option of recording your children's illnesses on your behalf.
