1. Post access
Note: Some functions of post accesses are only available in the classic interface. Change from user interface to classic interface for usage.
Persons with post access receive access to every application of this post. Additionally they can edit accesses, applications and job advertisments of the post.
You´ll get a mail notification after the post has been authorized for you.
Click on "Show jobs" for logging into HRworks and opening the menu "Personnel administration/Employment applications". In this menu you get an overview about applications of the post. Open each application for more details and editing options. For more editing options about the post itself change to the classic interface.

With Click on "Edit" you open the post menu for editing.

With click on each application you open the application menu for more editing options.
In the submenus you can get a deeper impression as well as the possibility of adding and viewing comments.
Employment application
Additionally to the information about the applicant you get an overview about the employment application (Job Advertisment, Desired salary, Submission date, etc.).
Applicant
Here you´ll find information about the person.
Documents
In this menu you can see uploaded documents about the application (Curriculum vitae, Cover Letter, etc.).
Tasks
Create tasks for you and others with access to the application and/or post for coordinating ToDo´s.
Communication
View protocolled communications from others or document your own conversation. You can also write and send mails to the applicant (Option "Send email").
Ratings
Besides your own rating, you´ll find ratings of others about the application. With click on each plus-button you add a rating.
Notes
Here you can write and save several notes about the application.
Employment application accesses
In this menu you get an overview about all application accesses of the opened application and associated authorizations for each submenu. With click on "New access" you can add other persons for an application access.
History
To get an overview of the events relating to the application, open the "History" menu. By clicking on an event you will be forwarded to the corresponding submenu.
2. Application access
When you don´t get access to a post, but a certain application, you´ll receive an email notification:
Click on "Open employment application" for logging into HRworks and opening the menu "Personnel administration/Employment applications".
Note: If you get access to posts and applications, you can switch between those accesses with the button above.
In this overview, you can already start selected actions per application without opening the application itself.
With click on each application you open it for more information and editing options. Depending on your authorization, you can read, rate and/or comment applications.
In the dashboard of the opened application you get an overview about each submenu. You can also submit a direct rating. The selection of submenus depend on your authorizations.
In the submenus you can get a deeper impression as well as the possibility of adding and viewing comments.

Applicant
Here you´ll find information about the person.
