If one of your employees requests a job reference, this request is first processed directly by the responsible administrator. If the administrator requests feedback from the superior when creating the job reference, you will receive a task in your ‘To do’ area and, optionally, an email notification:

To create the feedback, open the corresponding view via the task or switch to the employee menu ‘Personnel administration/Employment references’.

Here you can see the type of reference (leaving certificate or interim report). Click on the employment reference with the status ‘Feedback required’ to start the evaluation.

To make your assessment, click on the desired rating for each category. You can choose from a scale ranging from ‘Grade A’ to ‘Grade F’. Grade A is the best possible score and Grade F is the worst possible score.

Enter any special achievements by the employee that should be included in the reference at the end. Once you have completed your assessment, click on ‘Submit’ to submit your feedback.

The responsible administrator will be informed that your evaluation is available and can continue processing the employment reference.
