2. Own employee menu
Within your HR WORKS account, you as supervisor/approver have two sections. Under "My team", which is explained in detail in this article, you will find all the functions related to your role as a superior/approver.
The other functional sections are focused on you as an employee in HR WORKS. You find all helpful articles on this topic in the employee area.
3. My team menu
All sub-menu under "My team" cover your functions as a supervisor or approver.
"My team" functional dashboard
If you go directly to "My team", you will see a compact overview of all functions in your dashboard. For example, you can see how many of your team members are present, how many approvals are still pending, and whether any events or employee reviews are coming up soon.
Note: The term "Partly present today" means that an employee is not present for the full working day due to absences or their own work schedule.
If an employee's target working time on that day is less than the highest target working time of another employee in the team, they are considered "partially" present.
Clicking on the tiles takes you to the corresponding menus, which are explained in the following chapters.
4. Team calendar
The tile preview gives you a quick overview of your team's availability.
Open the "Team calendar" menu to view the company calendar for your own team and register birthdays, anniversaries, vacations, home office-days and trips.
Request are shaded and can be approved or rejected with a single click.
You can print the calendar by selecting the print icon in the right corner. The display in the print may vary depending on the browser you are using and from the actual print results. For best results, we recommend Google Chrome as browser.
You can find a comparison with the other calendar options in the system in the linked article.
Note: The presence indicator in the dashboard tile can only display up to 40 people. For larger teams, please use the team calendar directly. You can now also save this as a bookmark in your browser!
5. Employees
The "Employees" menu lists the people who belong to your team. You can also open additional hierarchy levels.
To learn how to view employees and open their menu, please refer to the corresponding helpcenter article.
6. Approval
If no other person in your company have been assigned as absence or travel expense approver, you will receive all absence, home office, work equipment and travel requests/travel expense reports submitted for approval in the "My team/Approval" menu.
The entire approval process can also be carried out on a mobile device. Click on "My team/Approvial" and view the request that have been received.
Further details and step-by-step explanations can be found in the corresponding helpcenter article.
Note: By clicking on the three-dot-menu, you can open a context menu that offers you additional functions (such as opening a new tab, viewing digital receipts or reports).
7. Events
Don't forget to congratulate your employees! In the "Events" menu, you can see whether there are any birthdays, anniversaries, or new hires or departures coming up in the current or following two calendar weeks. These events can be viewed by week in the open menu.
For more details, read the corresponding helpcenter article.
8. Employee interviews
You can also manage appointments for employee interviews. You see immediately whether new interviews are pending or whether an interview is already in post-processing status.
You can read more about employee interviews in this article.
9. Plausibility check
Check your team's clocked working hours. You can search with the given filter settings by clicking on the button "Search". If there are any open or outstanding working hours, these will be listed at the bottom of the menu.
By clicking on the three-dot-menu, you open the employee in a new tab to add the times yourself, or create a task for the employee to complete their working hours.
10. Wage comparison
If you have access to your employee's salary data, the "Wage comparison" menu is available to you. Here you can get an overview of the current payments within your team and compare them using filters of your choice.

The menu cannot be exported. For exportable evaluations, switch to the "Reports" menu.
