User - First Steps (Superior/Approver)

1. My Team in Login Dashboard

Get an overview right after your login in your dashboard of how many of your team members are present, how many approvals are pending, and if there are any upcoming events and staff meetings.

2. My Team as functional Dashboard

The area "My Team" owns an own functional dashboard. Each panel contains the most important information. With click on a specific panel you get to the related function.

3. Team calendar

Open the absence overview for viewing your team calendar with absences, home office days, travels, birthdays and anniversaries.

Note: The presence indicator in the dashboard tile can only display up to 40 people. For larger teams, please use the absence overview/team calendar directly. You can now also save this as a bookmark in your browser!

 

4. Employees

In the preview of the employee tile, you can see directly whether there is a need to talk to one of your team members due to the Bradford factor.

Click on the panel to get an overview about your employees.

In the menu you see which employee is working on the current day and whether the work is done on-site, on a business trip, or from a home office.

Click on one team member for opening the persons menu. With the ⋮-menu you can jump directly to a desired area, e.g. to call your team member sick. 

Via the banner in the open person, you can see whose data you are viewing and whether you are doing so in your role as supervisor, approver, or entry deputy.

5. Approval

If no other person in your company have been stored as absence or travel expense approver, you will receive all absence, home office, equipment and travel requests and travel expense reports submitted for approval from your team in the "My Team/Approval" menu.

In this menu you get every needed information about each request. For more details, open an employee with double click or the option "Show more". After checking each request, you can approve or reject them by clicking on the related button.

Please enter a remark with reason for rejection, if you decline a request. Travel expense reports with receipts included can only be confirmed as a whole. Single receipts or days cannot be approved or rejected.  

Note: Click on the ⋮-Menu of travel requests for more functionalities. 

 

The whole approval process can also be done mobile as a user. To do this, click on "My Team/Approval" and view the applications received.

6. Events

Don´t forget the birthdays and anniversaries of your employees! The area "event" shows you events like birthdays, anniversaries as well as the date of entries and exits of the past, current and following week.

7. Employee interviews

As user you can manage dates for employee interviews. You see directly if new interviews are necessary and past interviews should be followed up.

8. Plausibility check

Check the stamped working hours of your team. Click on "Search" to perform a search according to the stored filter settings. If there is an open working time, it will be listed in the lower part of the menu.

With click on the ⋮-menu you can open employees menu in another browser tab or create a task for employees for closing their working time.  

9. Reports

Create and download reports about travel costs, time recording, absences as well as short-time work of your team.
