How do I manage my team's personnel files?
In this article, you will learn how to access and edit the digital personnel files of your team members as a superior.

1. View personnel file entries
To view the personnel file of an employee in your team, open the employee menu via "My team/Employees" by clicking on the employee's name.
The employee menu opens in a new browser tab. Click on "Personnel administration/Personnel file entries". In the shown menu, you can now filter for the desired documents.
In the left master menu, select the desired entry to view name, associated documents, as well as creation date, creator and category in the right detail menu.
2. Upload personnel file entries
Note: The insights and editing options depen on the settings made by the system administrators. Entries may only be deleted using the dual control principle.
In addition, depending on the settings, you can edit existing and create own personnel file entries. To add personnel file entries, select the plus button "New".
Enter the name, creation date and category. You can also add additional documents to an existing entry. Via the three-dot-menu, you can delete the selected entry.
When you finished editing, click on the button "Save" at the bottom.
To return to your superior menu, close the employee's tab.
