Activate the calendar synchronization in your HRworks account by opening your profile.

Within your pofile menu go to "Settings/Synchronization settings". Go to the synchronization settings and decide, whether you would like to activate a synchronization with the Google calendar or the Office 356 calendar.

After choosing one option, you will be forwarded to sign in to your account. If you wish to use both accounts at the same time, activate them by signing in to the appropriate accounts one after the other.

Enter your e-mail address or telephone number and go on with a click on “Next.”

Events will be updated directly after their setup in the HRworks and after every modification in your extern calendar. If you create a new event like an absence, this information will be automatically transferred to your personal calendar.

Tip: The synchronization operates in the order HRworks --> Extern Calendar. This ensures that no inconsistent data will be saved in HRworks.

Synchrocalendar2

As soon as you have synchronized HRworks with your calendar and created events, all dates for business trips and absences will be shown automatically in your personal calendar.
